FOLLOWING UP ON ORDERS

If you wish to follow up on an order, please call or write to our customer service department using the contact information listed above. We can help you with tracking, changes, cancellations, exchanges and returns. In order to provide you with the best service, please have your order number handy when you call.

RETURN POLICIES

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1.	Contact our customer service department. A customer service representative will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number, which is required to complete your transaction.
2.	Pack and seal your return securely in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Our warehouse will only be able to accept return packages clearly marked with an RMA number.
3.	Ship the merchandise to us through a carrier of your choice with postage paid. For Kitchen and Bath will not accept any return or exchange shipment C.O.D. It is also recommended that you insure all packages since you will be otherwise responsible for any damage during the return shipment.
4.	Use the assigned RMA number to address all future inquiries to the Customer Service Department.
